This Aster price prediction was first written just before ASTER launched in September 2025. A year later the token has a much longer track record, so here is where it stands. ASTER started trading on September 17, 2025 and hit an all-time high of about $2.42 a week later, on September 24, 2025, according to CoinMarketCap. Binance added spot trading on October 6, 2025 with a Seed Tag, its label for newer, higher-risk tokens. In late September 2026 CoinGecko had ASTER around $0.70, with a market cap near $1.9 billion and a rank around #50, roughly 71% below that peak.
The project has kept building. Aster Chain, a privacy-focused Layer 1 with zero gas fees, reached mainnet genesis on March 17, 2026, according to CoinMarketCap’s project summary. A buyback and burn program started in June 2026, and KuCoin reported on September 21, 2026 that 99% of daily fees between September 7 and 21 went into buying back about 4.16 million ASTER. On September 1, 2026 the team also pushed back its own 400 million ASTER unlock (5% of supply) from September 17, 2026 to September 17, 2027.
There are real concerns too. Around early October 2025 DefiLlama removed Aster’s perpetual volume data over suspected wash trading, and only about a third of the 8 billion maximum supply is circulating. Aster came out of nowhere and is emerging as the next big thing in decentralized crypto trading. Aster is a decentralized exchange that offers 1001x leverage on futures trading along with spot trading options. The platform provides a great user experience with a good-looking portfolio option and simple trading, which feels similar to centralized exchanges such as Binance or other trading platforms.
Aster has huge potential to become the biggest competitor of Hyperliquid DEX, which currently has around $30 billion FDV. However, Binance founder officially posted regarding this project, helping it gain 300k new users and over half a billion worth of transactions in a single day. CZ usually never posts about projects and rarely even mentions BNB on his profile, but after a long time, he pushed a decentralized project. Since his mention, the price skyrocketed by 330% and could explode further.
Aster is still exploring new possibilities to add features that could attract big whale traders who want to hide their portfolios along with futures orders. The Blackpool feature is going to be a game-changer for Aster, and with its existing UI & UX, the project is definitely gaining a huge user base in the coming days. Right now, Aster is still undervalued as it was rebranded from Astherus, and the early team was funded by YZi Labs i.e., Binance Labs, Pancakeswap, Pendel, and Kernel.

Aster TGE completed on 17th September 2025 and opened trading with an average price of $0.025 on the official AsterDex platform. As of writing, Aster is trading at $0.78 i.e., 30x from its listing price. When Binance founder made his tweet, the token was trading at $0.17. So, since CZ’s tweet, the token has already gained more than 400%, and the possibility of reaching $1 is almost there.
Now, comparing with direct competitor Hyperliquid and currently being supported by high-volume networks i.e., Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum, there are high chances Aster would break the $3 USD mark in the coming days. After following a sideways pattern around $2 to $3, it could reach the $5 mark. Binance and other Tier-1 and Tier-2 exchanges could definitely bring huge volume towards Aster trading.
Aster below $1 is still considered a great deal, and when CZ, who is the biggest name in the crypto industry, is shilling a coin, then definitely that project could follow bullish sentiment. Aster currently has a total of 2 million users and over $512 billion worth of trading already completed. How to Buy Aster Token
- First, you need Metamask, Phantom, or any Web3 wallet like Binance Wallet, WalletConnect, Trust Wallet, or OKX Wallet.

- Tier: Aster is classified as a small cap asset (market cap $1.76B). Larger assets are given lower growth rates, because a coin already worth billions cannot repeat the returns of one worth millions.
- Volatility: 61% annualised, measured from 2160 real price observations over the last 90 days. This sets how wide the minimum-to-maximum range is.
- Growth rate: a base of +29.7% per year for this tier, adjusted for category (Exchange token) and liquidity (normal), giving +5.6% per year.
- Supply dilution: total supply is 3.19x the circulating supply. Those tokens unlocking over time reduce the expected price by about 20.0% per year, and that drag is subtracted.
- Market cycle: the four-year Bitcoin halving rhythm is applied on top, so a drawdown year and a post-halving expansion year are not treated the same. The next halving is expected in 2028.
- Reality check: every maximum is clamped so the implied market capitalisation cannot exceed $72.00B for an asset of this type. Any figure marked capped hit that limit.
Minimum and maximum are the 10th and 90th percentile of a log-normal distribution. That means roughly an 80% chance the real price lands inside the range, if the model's assumptions hold.
